A traditional sauna, custom-built inside a shipping container. Warm cedar interior, wood benches, wood-fired heat.

The cold plunge

A cold plunge for contrast therapy. The oldest ritual in wellness — heat, then cold, then rest.

The banyan

All under a banyan tree that's older than most of Miami. Our shade, our shelter, our brand mark.

The story

Why we're building this

Miami has beaches. Miami has hotel spas. Miami has wellness on every corner.

But Miami doesn't have a community sauna — a place where locals gather around heat and cold, week after week, and share the ritual with the same faces.

That's what we're building.

We're Marat and Mark — two Miami-based founders. We found a lot in Little Haiti with a banyan tree bigger than the buildings next to it. That tree became our brand mark, our shade, and the reason we chose this spot over anywhere else.

The sauna itself is a custom-fabricated shipping container, being built right now in Miami. The cold plunge sits beside it. The seating is woven — terracotta and gray, under the banyan canopy.

We're not building a spa. We're not building a hotel amenity. We're building a community sauna — funded by the people who'll actually use it, and named after them.

We're building this in the open.

Construction is already underway — funded from our own pockets, before Kickstarter, before this landing page existed.

For every founding member at the $350 tier and above, we engrave your name in gold on the container.

All names — same font, same size, same weight. No hierarchy. No ranking by dollar amount. Just the record of who believed in this first.

The idea comes from the donor walls of Princeton, Yale, and Harvard — where every name carries equal weight, regardless of what was given. Because inside a sauna, everyone is equal. Same towel. Same seat. Same steam.

Questions we've been asked

What is Kickstarter, and why are you launching there?

Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform where creators launch projects with community support. We chose it because it lets us build the sauna with the people who'll actually use it — and the founding tier prices (starting at $29) reflect that. This is community-funded, not investor-funded.

What happens if the $80,000 goal isn't reached?

Kickstarter uses an all-or-nothing model. If we don't hit $80,000 by November 5, no card is charged and the project doesn't move forward. We're confident we'll hit it — but that's how the platform works, and we want you to know upfront.

Where in Miami will the sauna be located?

Little Haiti, on NE 2nd Ave. We'll share the exact address when we go live on Kickstarter. If you're a local, you probably already know the lot — the banyan tree is hard to miss.

When exactly will it open?

July 2027. Construction is already underway — the container is being fabricated now, the site is prepared, and the design is finalized. Founding backers will be the first through the doors.

Can I gift a session to someone else?

Yes. The Supporter tier ($29) is designed to be gifted — a digital certificate you can email to anyone. Higher tiers can also be transferred if needed.

Will you spam my inbox?

No. You'll get a welcome email with the Sneak Peek PDF, a few build updates before launch, and a notification when Kickstarter opens. That's it. Unsubscribe any time — no hard feelings.
